ACTIVITIES

Young entrepreneurs benefited from support and mentorship concerning: procurement procedures, personnel recruitment, promotion strategy, entrepreneurial counselling, monitoring for successful business plan implementation.

During this project Metodica started a Business Development Support Centre (CSDA), a modern and fully equipped working space designed for:

  • Organizing specialized seminars in areas of interest for participants and project beneficiaries
  • Providing consultancy services regarding non-refundable financing opportunities
  • Counselling, support for business start-up and management, professional training, assistance in business start and ongoing counselling
